I have two children. What do I do?
Each NestSafe account monitors one device. Sign up with a second email address to cover a second child. Multi-device support under a single login is planned.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Switch billing terms from your dashboard at any time; the change applies at your next renewal.
How do I pay?
Subscriptions are activated by bank transfer. After signing up you'll get transfer details and your account is enabled once payment clears.
What happens if I cancel?
Monitoring stops immediately and the app can be uninstalled from the device. Your data is deleted 30 days after cancellation.
