Terms of Service
By creating an account or installing NestSafe, you agree to the terms below. This is a general summary and not a substitute for reading the full agreement presented at signup.
1. Permitted use
NestSafe is licensed for use by parents or legal guardians monitoring their own minor children's devices, or by employers monitoring company-owned devices with the user's knowledge and consent. Any other use may violate this agreement and applicable law.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Billing
Plans renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of a charge.
4. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible.
5. Limitation of liability
NestSafe is provided as a monitoring aid and should not be relied on as the sole means of ensuring a child's safety. We are not liable for missed alerts, device incompatibility, or misuse of the product outside its permitted use.
6. Termination
We may suspend accounts found to be using NestSafe outside its permitted use, including monitoring an adult's device without consent.
